Shawn has moved more than times than he can count. Growing up, he lived in 8 states and even lived in Florence, Italy, for a while. Even when he has lived in the same place, he has still bought and sold homes many times over the years. He has lived in Atlanta for over 27 years. During that time, he and his husband bought and sold over 14 homes. Having the opportunity to live in so many places has been such a blessing for Shawn, and it has given him unique insight over the wants and needs of his clients in their house hunts.
Before becoming a Realtor®, Shawn worked as a Senior Executive. With over 20 years of sales management experience, a love of architecture, and a desire to help people, real estate was the right career path for him. Within his first two years in the industry, Shawn has become one of Atlanta’s Top Producing Agents and is within the Top 5% of Homes Sold in East Lake and Oakhurst.
When working with clients, Shawn prides himself on his ability to assess their individual needs. Whether relocating to the area, purchasing their first home, or trying to sell a home that’s been in their family for generations, he takes a personalized approach with each client to best suit their needs. Shawn works with buyers and sellers in some of Atlanta’s most amazing neighborhoods, including Decatur, East Lake, Kirkwood, Druid Hills, Morningside, Virginia Highland, Grant Park, and the surrounding areas.
Shawn currently resides in Atlanta with his amazing husband. They have been together for over 27 years and have lived in many places, but are grateful to call Atlanta home. Along with making his mark on Atlanta’s real estate market, Shawn plays an active role within the community. He and his husband are highly active in many non-profit organizations, including Covenant House Georgia, Human Rights Campaign, and PAWS Atlanta. A percentage of Shawn’s proceeds go toward each of these organizations in each transaction. In his spare time, you can find Shawn running, playing tennis, or entertaining guests.
